I had the honor to lead a Walking the Warrior Path women’s circle based on Angeles Arrien’s The Four-Fold Way. The principle that guides the Warrior is showing up and choosing to be present. The Power of Presence is bringing all of our selves: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual into the moment. In our BraveHeart walk, another aspect of being present is awareness of Dolphin and Lioness energy. Can we bring forth whatever the moment calls for?
An important aspect of the warrior is to honor our own rhythm. How are we balancing our personal energy, time and resources? How much or how little are we responding to? Allowing an oxytocin breath is one of our tools to stay relaxed and center. Taking time to receive in a Ripple and to connect with other loving women can also help us to fill the cup. Time alone in nature rebalances our systems.
Our Power of Communication is enhanced by our breathing and awareness of Dolphin and Lioness. How much more potent will our voices be when we are present in our bodies and connected to our purpose? Do I say what I really mean and do what I say? Do I mean yes when I say yes? We can be authentic with ease when our words match our actions.
We strengthen our warrior’s Power of Position as we DYBO and release stuck energy, old patterns, and physical stiffness. What will we stand for? What will we no longer stand for?
Embracing the shadow side of Warrior we examine our rebellion, authority issues, and invisibility. So many of us want to remain behind the scenes, fearing exposure, accountability, and yes – even death.
As a community, we create a safe environment to release our limitations and experience new imprints. How beautiful it was to have all the BraveHeart women supporting each other to release their fears in the Female Blossoming Experience and Ripple Training. It takes courage to be a warrior. Call on your Lioness! Be a BraveHeart Woman!
