I was asking myself after many years making things go in the learned and inherited ways by discipline if there can be an easier and more fulfilling way to get things done with more fun and ease. Of course some things and duties are easier to accomplish than others but in the end all has to be done. So how to break down discipline into something that is not so negative because of the heavy and hard meaning it got during time.
So what about Blisscipline. Isn't that nice to experience already in the word itself a new energy and flow. Observe yourself how this resonates with you. Do you have a smile on your face or are you exited what this could be behind it? Or who this could go or turn out? Or are you at a place where you are reflecting about the possibility what this could mean for yourself?
Anyhow it does not matter where you are now because everybody has already an imprint about discipline and how it feels like. Discipline can be great if you see the possibility to have the fun and satisfaction of having had the discipline to do something. At the same for myself often it was combined with hard work or an enormous effort of course this is my point of view and there are many possibilities. One could also be that discipline means the whole life for yourself. To have rules and to stick to them with discipline can make life easier and more predicable which leads for us women often to security and also frustration because we do not have the freedom and fun within our life we truly desire.
One side I can refer to is also that if I am a person with discipline and it is hard to make myself move forward or to be in discipline e.g. "I have to take care of my weight" or "I have to finish this work absolutely today" or "I have to clean the house" or everything in any area where I am up to do something then I put pressure on others because it was so hard for myself they should do the same. All this together is so unproductive and hard that there could be a change in adding "Bliss".
So how? There are different aspects and models to it which I am going to unveil soon. And now explore for yourself what discipline and bliss could have in common and how you feel about it for yourself.
