One thing I have learnt since joining with my global Braveheart sisters is to live and take one day at a time. I have graduated from being scattered to being organised, from taking too much to taking just enough. I have also learnt to accept failure and criticism as part of life and a means to growth. Going through the Female Quantum Journey course has also opened my eyes to see where I have been making mistakes on my personal journey to fulfil my purpose and why it has taken me so long to come out of the shadows.
I used to believe that I thrive under pressure or crisis, which I did not know was actually an adrenalized state and survival pattern. I would fight those that crossed my path bitterly and thought a competitive lifestyle brought more satisfying rewards. But now I see how a life of oxytocin is good for me and my purpose. Firstly I have a tool to keep early wrinkles at bay and allow graceful aging with satisfying life experiences and nuggets that I will pass down to my grandchildren.
My regime is slowly shifting from fight, flight and freeze to gracefully embracing life with all its ups and downs. This is assisting me to be who I truly am and let my light shine without fear of reprisal. I’m slowly shedding the fear of being seen, fear of the unknown and fear of success.
God has bestowed me many gifts including the gift of expressing myself through writing and impacting the lives of many. I have so far been expressing this gift in a distorted way and as such have seen distorted results. However, with my new journey to blossoming and connecting with my higher self, one day at a time…with ease; I see light at the end of the tunnel and am grateful to the God I believe in for having placed the right people at the right time in my path. I believe my journey to empowerment has just begun and with me I will also take some sisters along.
I’m a Brave Hearted Woman!
