Pulling Teeth and Pip Squeak Hahhhh's
A dental office "opportunity":
After the dentist had given me a crown, the realization came that she crowned the "wrong" tooth!
At least, it wasn't the tooth I had agreed to have crowned.
With her being in the midst of still working on other teeth, we took a moment to share our "stuff" about....Let's just say, we had our own reactions, some more in ease than others. She continued to react and claim that she was right and I was wrong, and perplexed that I didn't know she was working on the tooth that she was.
A huge opportunity for me!! In the past, this could have landed me into a full blown depression, laced with plenty of anxiety!
I suggested we stay in present time, and with what's real now. To little avail, she persisted to escalate.
There had been several red flags about using her for my dentistry, however, time was of the essence and I needed
to use my insurance for traditional dentistry. And with having some initial warm fuzzies with her, I proceeded;)
I was proud that I used pip squeak hahhhhh breaths many times, put my hand over my heart, and the other one on my abdomen envisioning hearts. Also, I told her I'd be using my own water with salt added, during the times that were permissible. (She has let me know, that she's completely against Biological/Holistic Dentistry, therefore, these requests took courage, on my part.)
While being in pain, physically, and in other ways, I was able to do pretty well last night, considering. Today, I'm
pretty much feeling in bliss as the day goes on:)
Hahhhhhhhhhh, loving us, our tools and to the G O O O O D life. Hearts for everyone!!
