I "met" Wayne for the first time while channel surfing on a Sunday afternoon. It was pledge week on PBS, and his special Excuses Begone had just begun. I figured I would give it ten-twenty minutes and move on if it did not hold me. It held me. Really tight. I re-watched it and any other of his available programs both on TV and YouTube. Years back there was a film entitled Those Lips Those Eyes; with Wayne it is That Voice That Heart. Funny I just realized he and I are on a first name basis in this post. I feel that close to him even though he left this plane of existence August 30th 2015.
And he was coming to New York in November - a chance to see him in person if the timings worked. But there will be a memorial that I hope my schedule allows me to attend.
Yesterday an email arrived from Hay House offering a large selection of Wayne's e-books for only $1.99.
I was on it and bought a few to fill out my collection:
A New Way of Thinking: A New Way of Being: Experiencing the Tao Te Ching
10 Secrets for Success and Inner Peace
21 Days to Master Success and Inner Peace
The Essential Wayne Dyer Collection
Staying on the Path
Getting in the Gap: Making Conscious Contact with God through Meditation
I also purchased his first book Your Erroneous Zones for $6.99. How could I have not had that one?
As of this posting his official website many wonderful free resources to learn about Wayne and his work.
I promise you if you give him ten or twenty minutes you'll hang on tight like I did.
Wayne I miss you and send love and light as you continue on your journey. Just listening to a few minutes of any one of your talks elevates my spirit. When I remember to use my elliptical I play one of your talks to keep me going. Thanks for everything. Love, Frances D
