Wearing the Smile:
When I woke up, and sensed that I woke on "the wrong side of the bed", I put on a strained smile*, on purpose (better known as "fake"), did a hahhhhhh breath, to alter my mood. Then I walked into the hotel lobby and someone said, "how are you," and I said, "great"! I AM feeling great, because my mood was altered from the hahhhh and smile, and therefore, I continued to be in presence, gave kisses to Sonia (my doggy), poured almond milk for tea, living a life of ease. Hahhhhhhh. In the past, pretty far back at this point, I would need to tell the story of woe. (Victim)
Yeah, to high vibes! Life can be reallllllly goooood.
Kisses all around to you, sisters.
*Just in case this isn't making sense: Because I'm not in the mood to smile, the strained smile is a way to get to the smile. It teaches my brain that everything really is ok. I laugh to myself because it's funny some of the crazy fake smiles I put on to alter my mood! Now that I'm laughing, my mood has ramped several notches:)))))) Yippee!
