How to Resist Sweet Temptations when at parties or during holiday gatherings, and no, I’m not talking about your friend’s wife or husband.
Over the next couple of days I’ll be giving you 4 Questions to ask yourself that will help you resist those sweet temptations during so you can avoid gaining those extra pounds. Listen to your body and ask a question first. Tis the Seasons for indulging in everything “refined sugar”! How do I resist when everything looks and smells so yummy? Question #1: What am I really hungry for? You may not be hungry at all! You may just be dehydrated. Drink a tall glass of water so that you can walk away from that sweet treat.
