Yes you read correctly sleep and gets lots of it.
If you are only sleeping 4-6 hours per night on a consistent bases you are effectively drunk. You will not receive your full intuition and you will be a human surviving their day.
So ask "what can I do to allow my body to receive the sleep it requires", (typically 7-8 hours on a consistent bases) so you can breath into you life and receive. hahhhhhhhh, living an oxytocin lifestyle opens you up and you will allow consistent steps.
