DYBO is a movement class that brings our awareness to where we hold “buts” or stuck energy in our bodies so we can move it out and bring our mind and body back to wholeness.
How many times have you heard yourself say that you would love to do something… But you’re too busy… But you’re too tired… But you don’t have what it takes?
These “Buts” block the path to reaching our full potential, to creating the life we desire, and to living life with more ease and freedom. As women we often move through our day with dense energies of fight, flight or freeze. DYBO allows us to tap into our bodies’ inner wisdom so we can dance off our buts, and therefore allow more flow, ease and lightness throughout our day.
We begin with an introduction to the day’s theme and self-reflection, DYBO for about 20-30 minutes, and conclude with integration/relaxation and sharing.
