I am honored to be a BraveHeart Woman.I have been blessed with a double lung transplant 14 yrs ago due to Cystic Fibrosis and a kidney transplant 6 yrs ago. I am a Nike Athlete and recently finished my first motivational book which is due out this Spring.My proudest accomplishment is being a Mom of a 5 year old boy named Liam.
