3 little but powerful words....I LOVE YOU



Most everyone has a cell phone these days and wouldn't you agree that they play a big part in our daily lives?

The reason I bring up the topic of cell phones .... ever since the 911 horrific tragedy I have made an interesting observation.

Out of all the bad things that occur in life there is always something good that can come of it as well....if we let it.

Back to my observation...the ending of most phone conversations that are done in a public setting and can be overheard, now end with the words ... I Love You. It seems that the message that has spread worldwide as a result of this tragedy is to be conscious and aware of living life in the present moment and using every available occasion to express our feelings to our loved ones.

Let me take this moment in time, via the internet, to say to ALL of my BraveHeart Sisters that I LOVE YOU

That is a great observation and very true! Most if not all conversations should end with a feeling gratitude for the relationship we have with that person. Expressing love is very important!

I have learned something very valuable...
if you want to change the world it is simple – just say one thoughtful positive comment to a loved one each day and then do one unexpected act of kindness each day and then teach others to do the same.
