I met this amazing singer Keith Leon and his Wife Maura at Dr.Sugars Release Event for Couples last July and WOW they are blessings from above !

When My Father in Law joined My Mother in Law on the Dance floor in the sky 1-1/2 years ago, We rejoiced their reunion to this song ! It's originally sung by Le Ann Womack . My favorite is sung by Lynn Rose and I just fell in love with this guys pictures and his voice.
So here is to the reunions in the sky may our Loved ones Dance Agian together!... Linda you are such a strong and inspirational Daughter to the Dancers in the sky!
Today I commited to join the relay for life (American Cancer Society) And in doing so I couldnt help but remember my Beloved Mother in Law,who we lost to Cancer 5 years ago.
The Days after her passing my husband was having a hard time sleeping so the next night before we went to bed I sprayed down the bed with Lavender in hopes he could rest , I turned on the xm radio to the new age /spa channel and we both feel asleep quickly and if you ever listen to this channel of music you know that is quite relaxing and comforting .
In the middle of the night this song (Dandilion Wine) began to play and it was louder than the others and it woke us up and we both just Listened !
So I wanted to share that when you become sad over a loved ones passing just remember there are happy and wonderful and healing memories that will be created, if you open your ears and just listen !

Today is my Baby's 24th Birthday And as I am so happy for her and all the amazing things she has done in her life .....Stud student ...Stud Basketball ,Stud Soft ball player and anything in between ! She went off to college and I missed her so much! She came back 4 years later with an accountant degree ! Ya baby! And Married a Fire fighter and just built her first home !
I was 15 when I conceived this child and gave birth at 16 and her Father Died when she was 1- 1/2 ! She is my everything !

Good Evening ! So I decided to share a really yummy dish that I made tonight for dinner with you,For those that have met me probably think about some yummy asparagus soup or maybe my melt in your mouth Tortilla soup. Or maybe not maybe you think Inspiration ,Growth or a greek Salad .
Ha-ha Just Cracked my self up!
As I was heading to the grocery store tonight I keep thinking huh what do I want for dinner? I did my stroll through the meat department and thought no..to pork...no to chicken....no to steak...hum what about some fish... Tilapia .... So I created the best stuffed portabella mushrooms ever...
I pan fried 2 filets of tilapia with butter,salt ,pepper, onions,garlic and lemon zest added garlic /butter croutons and Then I stuffed the mushroom ,topped with mozzarella cheese and put in oven to heat and melt. Served with asparagus and a dill ranch salad and pared with Pinot Noir wine......... YUM YUM YUM Feed the Belly fuel the soul...........
