Acceptance and the Dizzies..... in Donna's Empowerment's Blog

Ever been Dizzy? Well I have been for three months with something called BPPV simply put Vertigo.... Well this has given me many a day and night to think and sit as the world spun literally around me. I realize I to have been off balance in many area's in my life and this physical illness is just a manifestation of a greater problem... How do I find Balance? The age old question for most women. I have been working on what to do for 3 months and now it seems so obvious Acceptance one of the three words I am here to teach. With Acceptance I find peace and balance and yesterday when I chose to Accept my dizzy's and not fight them I had a great day in fact today I am not at all dizzy...... more >
