Aloha and Welcome! I was born in Illinois, worked a lifetime in New York City, and made my way, happily, to the slopes of Mauna Loa, on the Big Island of Hawaii.
As of February 7, 2009, I have officially released 100 pounds of unwanted body weight. If you have a health goal you are striving to meet, I would very much embrace the opportunity to know you better!

Linda I would like to thank you for the kind words. I have to say that I feel like life has started over for me but, with sorrow as my birth. I am becoming a very different person and I truly feel my son had a hand in me finding this website. I know that in this new birth of sorrow it would be easy to fall to my knees and lose myself in all this darkness. Yet I know this is not what Joseph would want, so somehow and I don't remember how I find braveheartwomen . I feel this is Joseph finding a way to help save my soul. From the second I looked into my new born baby boy's eyes I know somewhere in my soul this child would save my life. I just wish it could have been in a different way.
