This experiential series will include the art and science of yoga through movement and art. It is great for all bodies and all levels. Chairs will be provided for those wanting to learn from a seated position. Bring a yoga mat if you’d like to be seated on the floor for the movement aspect of the workshops.
These workshops will supply you with a connection to your body through your mind and compliment both with symbolic art.
